Mr. Hamm brings more than 30 years of experience in helping businesses owners achieve their financial objectives. Working directly with top management within Fortune 1000 companies, Mr. Hamm earned the respect of business executives throughout the U.S. and Europe.

As a Senior Vice President with Achieve Global, Mr. Hamm was responsible for opening and establishing their European market, while maintaining responsibility for major U.S. based accounts.

Mr. Hamm currently consults with middle market business owners to identify the key building blocks necessary to grow and enter the M&A marketplace. In addition to his work for others, Mr. Hamm owned and operated two companies of his own prior to joining Generational.
