Mr. Buchoz Works directly with business owners that are planning for the potential sale of their business.

He is responsible for the review, analysis and selection of companies ready to enter the M&A exit planning process.

Prior to joining Generational, Mr. Buchoz owned and operated two companies and knows both the challenges and rewards of business ownership. He has also held Senior Executive positions with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton.

Mr. Buchoz truly understands the needs and requirements of both buyers and sellers. He has the insight and knowledge to assist business owners in determining the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their business.

Mr. Buchoz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
