At Generational Group, Olivia Maxwell is a Senior Manager of Business Development. She finds innovative and creative solutions to the task of exposing middle market business owners to merger and acquisition opportunities and leads a team of Senior Business Advisors in this initiative.

Olivia has worked in the merger and acquisition industry for eight years and brings sales, marketing and administrative experience to Generational Group. Previously, Olivia was the Director of one of the largest figure skating schools in the US and was a world skating coach.

Olivia is bilingual with a Baccalaureate from the French Lycee in London, UK and a degree in Administration from the French Institute, London.
