We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Trusted Family Foundation, LLC, to Faithful Family Foundation, LLC. The acquisition closed July 9, 2026.

Headquartered in Cedar Hill, Texas, Trusted Family Foundation, LLC is a Child Placement Agency dedicated to providing safe, nurturing environments for children in foster care while strengthening families and communities through compassionate support. The organization specializes in therapeutic foster care, foster parent training, and educational resources designed to help children heal from trauma and thrive in stable, loving homes. Guided by a mission that every child deserves a family, Trusted Family Foundation works to recruit, equip, and support foster families while expanding access to critical services that create lasting, positive outcomes for children across Texas.

Faithful Family Foundation, LLC has acquired the operations of Trusted Family Foundation, LLC, and will continue advancing the organization’s mission under the Trusted Family Foundation name. Committed to preserving the company’s legacy, the new ownership plans to build upon its strong foundation while supporting continued growth and long-term success.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Central Region – Michael Goss, and his team led by Senior Vice President, M&A, Jacob Mangalath, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Brennon Dunbar successfully closed the deal. Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer, Terry Johnson established the initial relationship with Trusted Family Foundation, LLC via Jaxon J Huffman at Creators Capital.
