Custom Engraving Studio Acquired by Ownership Group of HPC Global

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Custom Engraving Studio, to Ownership Group of HPC Global. The acquisition closed February 27, 2026.

Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, Custom Engraving Studio is a family-owned engraving company specializing in custom engraving, awards, recognition products, personalized gifts, promotional items, and specialty decorating services. The Company provides laser engraving, sand etching, CNC mechanical engraving, UV digital printing, and custom marking solutions for businesses and organizations throughout the United States and Canada. Known for its craftsmanship, precision, and personalized service, Custom Engraving Studio delivers high-quality products designed to help clients recognize achievements and strengthen their brands.

Based in Hanover, Pennsylvania, HPC Global is a manufacturer and supplier of promotional products, branded merchandise, custom pens, and specialty printing solutions serving customers nationwide. The Company partners with businesses to deliver customized branding solutions through a broad selection of promotional products, apparel, recognition items, and fulfillment services that help enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Following the acquisition, Custom Engraving Studio will continue operating under its existing name and has relocated its operations to HPC Global’s manufacturing facility located in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The combination expands manufacturing capabilities and product offerings while providing customers with access to a broader range of promotional products, custom engraving, specialty decorating, recognition products, and specialty printing solutions.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Eastern Region – David Fergusson, and his team led by Generational Affiliate, Xavier Staggs, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Corey Painter successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis and Senior M&A Advisor, Bryce Gray established the initial relationship with Custom Engraving Studio.
