We are please pleased to announce the sale of P&C Investments, LLC dba Perfection Industrial Finishing to Madison Lake Capital. The acquisition closed April 10, 2026.

Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, Perfection Industrial Finishing is a provider of high-quality metal finishing services serving aerospace, defense, industrial, and commercial markets. Founded in 1992, the company offers a comprehensive suite of in-house capabilities including powder coating, wet painting, anodizing, chemical processing, sandblasting, and precision part marking, enabling efficient, end-to-end finishing solutions for a diverse customer base. With a reputation built over more than three decades, Perfection Industrial Finishing is recognized for its technical expertise, consistent quality, and ability to meet demanding performance and regulatory requirements across mission-critical applications.

Based in Madison, Wisconsin, Madison Lake Capital is a private equity firm focused on partnering with management teams to drive long-term growth and value creation.
