Rosie’s Roofing and Restoration, LLC Acquired by Archline Service Partners, a Portfolio Company of Colmont Group

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Rosie's Roofing and Restoration, LLC, to Archline Service Partners, a portfolio company of Colmont Group. The acquisition closed March 16, 2026.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Rosie’s Roofing and Restoration, LLC is a locally owned roofing contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing, gutter installation, and storm damage repair. Founded in 2011, the company emphasizes quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach throughout each project. Its team is trained to handle everything from minor repairs to full roof replacements, guiding clients through inspections and the restoration process. Rosie’s Roofing and Restoration also maintains a strong commitment to the community, supporting initiatives that help improve housing conditions and provide roofing assistance to homeowners in need.

Based in Irmo, South Carolina, Archline Service Partners is a roofing and exterior services platform that focuses on residential and commercial projects across multiple markets. The company operates by supporting established local contractors with shared resources, operational expertise, and access to growth capital, while allowing them to maintain their regional presence and leadership. Archline emphasizes scalable expansion through a partnership-driven model, helping businesses enhance service capabilities, improve efficiency, and pursue long-term growth in the home services sector.

Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Colmont Group is a private investment firm focused on partnering with family- and founder-owned businesses across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Founded in 2019, the firm takes a long-term, hands-on approach to investing, typically acquiring majority equity positions and working closely with existing management teams to support sustainable growth. Colmont targets lower middle-market companies in sectors such as home and facility services, manufacturing, and industrial products, providing strategic guidance, operational expertise, and flexible capital tailored to each business’s transition and expansion goals.
