Jennifer Wooldridge joined Generational Group in January 2024 as a Client Experience Coordinator. In this role, she oversees quality control for the Client Experience Team, helping to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.
Her responsibilities include conducting daily audits, reviewing client communications, and monitoring departmental processes to maintain strong standards and team alignment. Jennifer also supports client account management by coordinating document collection, verifying client reports, and scheduling Personal Wealth Reviews. Through these efforts, she helps ensure the Client Experience Team serves every client with excellence throughout each phase of the client journey.
