M. Hajjar & Associates Acquired by a Private Investor

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, M. Hajjar & Associates, to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed January 22, 2026.

Headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, M. Hajjar & Associates is a professional consulting, engineering and architectural firm with decades of experience supporting the planning, design and construction of complex building projects. Founded in 1990, the firm has built a reputation for providing practical, detail-driven solutions that help owners, developers, and contractors navigate technical, regulatory and construction challenges. Their work spans a broad range of project types, with a consistent focus on quality, accountability, and collaboration from early concept through project completion.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Eastern Region—David Fergusson—and his team led by Generational Affiliate—Alan Steinberg—with the support of Vice President, M&A—Emil Nirkis—successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Thomas Hamm, and Senior M&A Advisor, Michael Querard, established the initial relationship with M. Hajjar & Associates.
