We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Bridgeport Magnetics Group, Inc., to an Individual Buyer. The acquisition closed January 8, 2026.

Headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut, Bridgeport Magnetics Group, Inc. is a privately held designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-quality magnetic components and transformer solutions for marine, industrial, commercial, medical and residential applications. The company’s product portfolio includes toroidal and isolation transformers, inductors, cores and specialty magnetics, and its operations combine the expertise of its Alpha-Core, Tortran and Goertz Audio business units under one modern manufacturing facility. Bridgeport Magnetics works closely with customers to deliver customized magnetics products built for reliability, performance and regulatory compliance across diverse electrical systems.
