The Senior Client Services Associate is a critical member of the Generational Wealth Advisors operations team. We are looking for a highly-organized, reliable team-player who can clearly and efficiently communicate with clients and the GWA team. This role will provide support by setting up and monitoring client accounts, collecting client information, interacting with clients and give proactive client support to help ensure a positive client experience. This is a full-time, in-office position at the Generational Group Headquarters located in Richardson, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with client account set up, which includes working with complex accounts (layered entities, trusts, charitable accounts, etc.)
  • Manages and completes both ad-hoc and recurring tasks as assigned by Advisors or Director of Operations. This includes client cash management, transfers, new account opening, file requests, etc.
  • Provides direct client support by answering questions, collecting information, and assisting with the client accounts and dashboards, liaising with financial custodians, and vendors (typically via phone and email)
  • Coordinates client meetings for the advisor team
  • Monitors client accounts and reviews client records to ensure accuracy
  • “Face” and “Voice” for Generational Wealth Advisors as the initial point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate with other professionals related to client management, such as attorneys, tax professionals, trustees, banks, and other Generational Group Teams.

Key Competencies

  • 3+ Years of client and financial services experience
  • Previous experience supporting financial planners, financial advisors, CPAs or attorneys
  • Previous experience using custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity or similar
  • Previous experience using client-management CRM system such as SalesForce, Wealthbox or Redtail
  • Previous experience using portfolio management system such as Orion or Tamarac a plus
  • Knowledge of alternative investment subscription process a plus
  • High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance, ability to work in-office full time
  • Friendly, client-centric approach
  • Ability to clearly communicate basic company information and answer general questions
  • Active listening and observation skills with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • An understanding of general business principles with ability to review and organize financial documents
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Positive and coachable attitude
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 experience, particularly Excel
