Molly Corporation Acquired by Mobile Concepts Specialty Vehicles

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Molly Corporation, to Mobile Concepts Specialty Vehicles. The acquisition closed December 16, 2025.

Headquartered in Wells, Maine, Molly Corporation is a family-owned manufacturer of the Molly Trolley. The company designs and manufactures multiple trolley models with an emphasis on durability, lightweight construction, and corrosion resistance, making them well suited for year-round operation in demanding environments. Molly trolleys are used nationwide for municipal transit, sightseeing and tourism, private charters, special events, campuses, and school transportation, with vehicles often customized to meet specific operational and aesthetic requirements.

Based in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, Mobile Concepts Specialty Vehicles is a specialty vehicle and trailer manufacturer that has been engineering and producing custom task-specific mobile solutions for more than 60 years. The company designs and builds a wide range of trailers, motorized vehicles, and ISO container units tailored to applications such as mobile command centers, disaster response, healthcare outreach, tactical operations, decontamination and support logistics. Each unit can be customized with specific floor plans and equipment to meet precise operational requirements. Its products serve government agencies, first responders, military and private sector clients, and the company emphasizes durability, mission readiness and adaptability in demanding environments.
