Engineering Service Provider Acquired by Heritage Holding USA, LLC

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, an Engineering Service Provider, to Heritage Holding USA, LLC. The acquisition closed November 14, 2025.

Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Heritage Holding USA, LLC is a private investment firm that partners with founder-led small and medium sized businesses to support growth, operational improvement, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and long-term value creation. The firm takes a hands-on approach by working closely with leadership teams to enhance systems, win new business and expand into new markets while maintaining a long-term focus on sustainable performance and company culture. Heritage targets a diverse set of industries including managed service providers, internet service providers, commercial HVAC, power services, healthcare and engineering services, and has completed multiple platform investments across its portfolio.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Eastern Region – David Fergusson, and his team led by Generational Affiliate, Tim Dalton, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Emil Nirkis, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director, Ed Weber and Senior M&A Advisor, Dave Heymann established the initial relationship with the Engineering Service Provider.
