Heath Flock is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience in financial, strategic, and operational management, primarily within the financial services industry. As the Chief Operating Officer, Heath oversees finance and accounting, legal, human resources, client experience, and the corporate evaluation teams. Additionally, he has executive oversight of Generational Consulting Group and Generational Wealth Advisors.

Before joining Generational, Heath was a Partner and Managing Director at LCM Global Partners, an SEC-registered investment advisor specializing in alternative assets. His expertise in asset management spans hedge funds, private equity funds, traditional investment portfolios, and all facets of marketing and business development. An entrepreneur at heart, Heath successfully founded and capitalized two businesses: Cassia Capital Partners, a Registered Investment Advisor focused on managed ETF portfolios, and a product distribution company.

Earlier in his career, Heath served as a Director in portfolio management at Equity Office Properties (EOP), the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust, before its acquisition by Blackstone Partners in 2007. He also worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients on strategic growth and operational improvement.

Heath holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
