REET Corporation Acquired by Barry R. Haas

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Reet Corporation, to Barry R. Haas, a New York-based private investor. Moving forward, the company will be known as Reet Precision Technologies, LLC, reflecting its ongoing commitment to innovation and precision in fluid handling and sensor integration solutions. The acquisition closed October 1, 2025.

Based in Berlin, Connecticut, REET is a long-standing industrial components supplier that has been serving customers since 1980. The company specializes in providing high-quality solenoid valves, pumps, and pressure transducers, along with a full range of instrumentation, fittings, manifolds, and custom assemblies. With decades of experience and a strong focus on precision and reliability, Reet principally supports the Medical Devices and Test & Measurement industries that depend on efficient and durable fluid-handling and sensor integration control solutions. The company takes pride in offering its personalized service, technical expertise, and dependable products that help customers maintain performance and safety across their operations.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Eastern Region – David Fergusson, and his team led by Generational Affiliate, Bill Shipman, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Corey Painter successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director, Tom Stephens and Senior M&A Advisor and Conference Group Leader, Peter Stone established the initial relationship with REET Corporation.
