K & T Steel Corp. Acquired by Keegan and Bart Graves

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, K & T Steel Corp., to brothers Keegan and Bart Graves. The acquisition closed September 3, 2025.

Headquartered in Twin Falls, Idaho, K & T Steel Corp. will continue to operate under its established name and identity, carrying forward more than sixty years of experience providing structural steel, rebar, and custom storage tanks built from domestically sourced materials. Their AISC-certified team is known for precision, quality control, and dependable service that supports contractors, builders, and business owners across a wide range of projects. From structural beams and miscellaneous steel components to concrete reinforcement and tank fabrication, the company delivers versatile solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Founded in 1959, K & T Steel has grown into a reliable partner for steel services throughout southern Idaho and beyond. The Graves brothers bring decades of experience in construction and fabrication. Keegan is also the owner of Capitol Steel Constructors, a Meridian-based firm specializing in steel erection and millwright services. That business will continue to operate separately.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Fred Zweifel successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, DeWayne Nelon and Senior M&A Advisor, Maria Sutej established the initial relationship with K & T Steel Corp.
