VIP Hospitality, LLC Acquired by VIP Aviation Holdings

We are announce the successful sale of our client, VIP Hospitality, LLC, to VIP Aviation Holdings. The acquiring entity is led by seasoned aviation and hospitality industry veterans Robert Greene, Sachi Greene, and Jeff Osatinski. The transaction was officially finalized on May 2, 2025.
