Building Supply Chain Provider Acquired by Gold Beach Lumber Yard

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Building Supply Chain Provider, to Gold Beach Lumber Yard. The acquisition closed April 4, 2025.

Located in Gold Beach, Oregon, Gold Beach Lumber Yard has expanded its footprint with the addition of two more building supply chain locations. This acquisition brings the company’s total to nine locations, strengthening its presence throughout western Oregon. The new stores will maintain their Do it Best cooperative affiliation, and Gold Beach Lumber Yard plans to invest in upgrades such as expanded inventory, improved facilities, and updated equipment and technology.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team led by Managing Director, M&A, Paul Hajek, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Tony Brock successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, James Carr, and Senior M&A Advisor, Ken Beckrich established the initial relationship with the Building Supply Chain Provider.
