Senior M&A Evaluation Advisor


Deborah has worked in Mergers & Acquisitions since 2001 with experience on both the sell and buy-sides including business valuation, market preparation, deal origination, and deal execution.

Deborah’s experience prior to joining Generational includes serving in Vice President and Director roles at a private equity-backed firm pursuing an aggressive growth-through-acquisition strategy, at a buy-side advisory firm working with private and public companies to define strategic growth objectives and source acquisition targets, and at the middle-market M&A practices of RSM McGladrey and CitiGroup.

She has directly (deal sourcing, assessment, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and closing) or indirectly (support role) been involved in transactions spanning numerous industry verticals and ranging from $1 million to over $650 million in value.

Deborah received her Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (Booth) after receiving her Bachelor of Science Business Administration (Finance/Economics) from Christian Brothers University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
