Mr. Paul Hajek, Managing Director at Generational Group, has 20 years of experience helping business owners to grow and successfully exit their companies.

He works with clients in many industries, negotiating the sale of their companies for optimal price and terms.  Paul is also an experienced business owner who has acquired, built, and sold several companies using his personal funds in the past.  In his early career, Paul worked at NASA as a Physicist and a Project Manager.

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration degree from San Jose State University, a Master of Science in Optics degree from University of Rochester, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics degree from Michigan State University. 

He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC), and Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA).  Paul also taught graduate level M&A courses at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.  He is fluent in English and Czech, and resides with his family near Spokane, WA.
