Located in San Antonio, Texas, Spider Man Pest Control, Inc. has been protecting homes, businesses and families from unwanted pests for over 40 years. Service offerings include termite, mosquito, rodent control, lawn spraying, and fumigation. Warren Remmey began Spider Man Pest Control in 1976, and his wife Marilyn joined in 1978. The name of the company came from Warren’s nickname, and his passion for this industry is clear.

Arrow Exterminators, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a full-service company specializing in Pest Control, Termite Protection, Mosquito Prevention and Control, Fire Ant Control, Wildlife Control and Exclusion Services, Handyman Services, Insulation Services, New Construction Treatments and providing documentation for Real Estate Transactions. Family owned and operated since 1964, Arrow Exterminators believes in going “Beyond the Call” for their customers to protect their families, homes and businesses using the most effective and environmentally responsible methods available on the market today. They have 184 service centers operating in 12 states.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Generational Group Affiliate, Celeste Garner, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Vanessa Christian, closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, DeWayne Nelon, and Senior M&A Advisor, Mike Moore, established the initial relationship with Spider Man Pest Control, Inc.
