Richard Gillen
Senior Manager, Business Development
Richard is a dedicated Financial Services and Investment professional with more than 25 years of Private Banking, Wealth Management and M&A experience. His career began on Wall Street where he found success serving the HNW Private Client segment eventually going on to co-manage over $2 Billion of client assets during his career in New York.
Mr. Gillen currently serves as Senior Manager of Business Development at Generational Group. In that role he manages the Florida office and leads a large team of Senior Business Advisors who are passionate about introducing private middle market business owners to the world class Generational platform and process.
Prior to joining Generational Group, Richard worked with firms such as UBS Paine Webber and U.S. Trust-Bank of America Private Bank, where he advised HNW clients and enjoyed responsibility for assembling teams of specialists to serve the unique needs of each client relationship across several disciplines including Investments, Credit, Trust, and Planning.
More recently Richard launched a Commercial Real Estate Investment company focused on value-add Retail and Light-Industrial investment opportunities. He holds a Certification from New York University (NYU) SCPS for Real Estate Finance & Investment.
