Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, JEH-EAS, Inc. (dba Stars Information Solutions) to CASO Document Management. The transaction closed January 26, 2024.

Located in San Antonio, Texas, Stars Information Solutions (SIS) is a leading provider of digital document management and automation of business processes. SIS is a full-service document management provider specializing in the automation of business processes. SIS provides document conversion services in its secure, HIPAA-compliant San Antonio-based service bureau. They sell and fully support document capture software and hardware including document, check, and microfilm scanners that automate the capture of information at the source.

CASO Document Management (CASO), located in San Antonio, Texas, redefines productivity with document scanning services, book scanning, workflow automation software and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. CASO has been helping clients across the country with all of their document scanning and electronic document management needs since 1994.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, Celeste Garner, a Generational Group Authorized Affiliate, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Lance Thomasson, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis established the initial relationship with SIS.
