Ms. Alem holds the position of Manager of M&A Marketing and Buyer Services at Generational Group’s Dallas Office, where she specializes in designing and executing strategic email campaigns to engage middle-market buyers effectively.

Prior to her tenure at Generational Group, Ms. Alem gained valuable experience as a marketing intern at a startup educational administrative program. In this capacity, she conducted in-depth marketing research, crafted compelling content, and developed effective social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Ms. Alem earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Global Business from the University of Texas at Dallas. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration, aiming to further refine her skills and expertise in the field.
