Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client First Choice Exteriors, Ltd. and Homestead Exterior Solutions to a Private Investor. The transaction closed December 26, 2023.

Founded in 1997, and located in Holmesville, Ohio, First Choice Exteriors, Ltd. and Homestead Exterior Solutions (together FCE) serve as a manufacturer and distributor of home exterior products. The Company’s installation personnel ensure high-quality services are performed in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

Sourcing excellent building materials and components for project use, the Company is able to leverage its experience and knowledge to craft and develop lasting building projects, creating value for its customers. In addition, First Choice Exteriors is an authorized dealer for Royal Building Products, Boral Building Products, Mid America Foundry, Tapco, Nova Flex sealants, Franklin Sealants, and Plygem.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Jerry Yocum, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Ryan Johnson, successfully closed the transaction.
