
Generational Group Advises Bay-Valley Pest Control in Sale to Orkin

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Bay-Valley Pest Control, Inc., to Orkin, LLC. The acquisition closed August 5, 2019, and details were not disclosed.
Bay-Valley Pest Control, Inc., located in Campbell, California, is a provider of pest control services. With over 30 years of operating history, the Company has developed exceptional technical expertise and deploys advanced pest control techniques. The Company provides solutions to deal with a wide range of insects and rodents, including ants, bees, roaches, spiders, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, bed bugs, rat mites, rats, and mice.
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Orkin, LLC has more than 100 years of pest control experience and was founded in 1901 by Otto Orkin when he was 14 years old. Since that time, Orkin has become an industry leader in specialized protection against common pests including insects, termites, rodents and more. In addition to pest control, Orkin also offers integrated pest management programs to help protect the whole home, including insulation and moisture control services in certain areas of the country.
Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, and his team, led by Managing Director James R. Hermann with support from Vice President Chad Comroe, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Tom Braun established the initial relationship with Bay-Valley Pest Control.
