Generational Group Advises Hart Advisors Group in Sale to Private Investor

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of Hart Advisors Group, LLC to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed February 5, 2021.

Hart Advisors Group, located in Dallas, Texas, was founded in 2008 and is a full-service loan advisory firm that specializes in restructuring, assuming, arranging, and purchasing and selling debt for commercial real estate transactions on behalf of developers, investors, and owners. Hart Advisors has a team of CMBS servicing and capital markets experts who have extensive experience with all forms of capital.

The Company also operates Hart Commercial, which provides full-service commercial brokerage service in Texas and Florida, and Hart Capital Partners, which places debt for commercial properties through investors using private placements. The Company’s primary services are divided into four categories: Restructuring, debt financing, assumptions, and commercial brokerage.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions, Cory Strickland, with support from Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Jacob Mangalath, successfully closed the transaction. Executive Managing Director Randy Kamin established the initial relationship with Hart Advisors Group.
