Generational Group Advises Solution Dynamics in Sale to Syvantis Technologies

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Solution Dynamics, Inc., to Syvantis Technologies, Inc. The acquisition closed September 30, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Solution Dynamics, located in Bloomington, Minnesota, is a Microsoft Silver Certified ERP Partner providing application business solutions that includes core services such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP software sales, implementation, maintenance, and hotline support. Customer industries included manufacturing and distribution companies.

Located in Baxter, Minnesota, Syvantis Technologies is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner focused on providing integrated, industry-specific cloud ERP, CRM, and business productivity software to organizations of all sizes. Syvantis specializes in the implementation and support of Dynamics GP on the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President Luan Ly, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Edward Weber established the initial relationship with Solution Dynamics.
