Generational Group Advises Panatrol in its Sale to Preston Refrigeration

Located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, Panatrol Corporation (Panatrol) is a controls integrator. Preston Refrigeration (Preston), located in Kansas City, Missouri, is a full-service industrial refrigeration contractor. For over 75 years, the company has delivered innovative, efficient, and dependable solutions for clients in the meat processing, food & beverage, and cold storage sectors. Today, Preston has grown to employ a team of more than 150 refrigeration specialists, providing self-performed design, build, and maintenance services across the U.S.

Preston is one of the largest industrial refrigeration contractors in the country. The Company’s specialized experience and capabilities enable it to handle challenging projects of any size, location, and complexity.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region,  Michael Goss, Senior M&A Advisor, Prasad Karcherla, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Madison Buckley, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director,  Bill Kushnir, established the original relationship with Panatrol.
