Generational Group Advises Eagle Automatic Fire Sprinkler in Sale to a Private Investor

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Eagle Automatic Fire Sprinkler to a private investor. The acquisition closed June 14, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Eagle Automatic Fire Sprinkler, Inc. (Eagle AFS), located in Houston, Texas and founded in 1989, provides full-service sales, design, and installation of automatic fire sprinkler systems. They have a management team with over 60 years of combined industry experience, capable of handling any general or complex project in the fire sprinkler industry. Eagle AFS primarily sells and installs UL listed and/or FM-approved fire sprinkler materials and devices for fire sprinkler components and systems, including waterless fire extinguishing products from well-established manufacturers.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Tim Cook with support from Vice President Corey Painter, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director James Carr established the initial relationship with Eagle AFS.
