Generational Group Advises TriMax Direct in its Sale to Stamats Communications

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of the Audience Management and Fulfillment Business of its client, KVK Worldwide LLC (dba TriMax Direct) to Stamats Communications, Inc. The transaction closed April 1, 2022.
Located in St. Paul, Minnesota, TriMax Direct (TriMax) founded in 2001, is an outsourced data, research, and marketing agency. The Company helps clients understand and build their customer and prospect databases by providing quality data management and analytics. The Company helps its clients find, understand, and build their customer base — by providing list brokerage, research, and marketing solutions. That means they help reach the right person, with the right message, at the right time. TriMax generates revenue from a wide range of industries, including Higher Education, Trade Magazine Publishers, Health and Fitness, and a variety of other end markets.
Stamats Communications (Stamats) located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, creates business value by building strong and enduring relationships between companies and their customers. The company is a full-service digital marketing and branding agency providing a wide range of services including: customized research, brand strategy, website development, social media services, digital strategy, content management, audience management, and planning & paid media. Services are designed and customized to meet every client’s individual needs.
Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team led by Senior M&A Advisor, Stephen Dinehart, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Jacob Mangalath, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with TriMax.
