Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, T3 Computer Services, to Total Network Consulting. The acquisition closed December 9, 2019 and details were not disclosed.
Located in Concord, NC, T3 Computer Services (T3) provides Information Technology services to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. T3 provides comprehensive design, installation and support services and is the go-to source for many single and multi-location businesses in its operating region.
Total Network Consulting, headquartered in Norcross, GA, with additional offices throughout the Southeast, delivers tailored technology solutions from conception, design, consulting, deployment, management, and support of complex communication issues. The Company is a “total network” service provider offering value-driven design, project management, installation and customer support for the implementation of commercial and high-end residential networks.
Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Eastern Region, David Fergusson’s team, led by Sr. Managing Director Southeastern Region, Julie Sandoval, and supported by Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions, Alex Mironov, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Rick Buchoz established the initial relationship with T3 Computer Services.
