Prestige Stamping Acquired By Auxo Investment Partners

Generational Capital Markets, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC and a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Prestige Stamping Inc., to Auxo Investment Partners. The transaction closed September 30, 2018.

Prestige Stamping, based in Warren, Michigan, manufactures high-volume, tight-tolerance washers and small metal stampings and provides commercial heat treating services to the automotive, construction and agriculture industries. Founded in 1967, the company has over 100 employees and produces approximately 1.3 billion washers annually.

Auxo Investment Partners is an operationally focused investment firm that operates out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Concentrated on investing in and growing founder- and family-owned industrial, manufacturing and business-services companies, it partners with management teams to help companies reach their fullest potential.

Generational Capital Markets Managing Director Phil Pizzurro, with support from VP Julio Dominguez, successfully closed the deal. Generational Group Executive Managing Director Bill Kushnir established the initial relationship with Prestige.
