Generational Group Announces Sale of K&M Fire Protection Services, Inc.

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, K&M Fire Protection Services, Inc. (K&M), headquartered in Plantsville, Connecticut, by Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Company, Inc. (Davis-Ulmer), an APi Group, Inc. (APi) subsidiary. The effective closing date of the transaction was October 31, 2015.

K&M, founded in 2009 by Michael Uszakiewicz, is a full-service fire suppression system design, fabrication, installation, service, maintenance, and inspection contractor.

The Company’s expertise and variety of fire suppression systems allow it to serve nearly any client’s needs. K&M successfully operates throughout Connecticut, New York State and New York City, and Massachusetts.

Managing Director Michael Goss led the Generational Group deal team that advised K&M on the transaction.
