Generational Group Advises TriMax Direct in its Sale to The Alesco Group

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of the List Management and Brokerage Business of its client, KVK Worldwide LLC (dba TriMax Direct), to The Alesco Group, LLC. The transaction closed June 1, 2022.
Located in St. Paul, Minnesota, TriMax Direct (TriMax) founded in 2001, is an outsourced data, research, and marketing agency. The Company helps clients understand and build their customer and prospect databases by providing quality data management and analytics. The Company helps its clients find, understand, and build their customer base — by providing list brokerage, research, and marketing solutions. TriMax generates revenue from a wide range of industries, including Higher Education, Trade Magazine Publishers, Health and Fitness, and a variety of other end markets.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team led by Senior M&A Advisor, Stephen Dinehart, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Jacob Mangalath, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with TriMax.
