Generational Group Advises Cy-Fair Music & Arts in Sale to a Private Investor

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Cy-Fair Music & Arts, Inc. to a private investor. The acquisition closed January 16, 2020 and details were not disclosed.

Located in Houston, Texas, Cy-Fair Music & Arts has established itself as one of the premier providers for music, art and drama classes within the Houston market for nearly 25 years. The Company’s core services include music lessons, kids’ drama classes, art classes, camps, Kindermusik, and music sales. Since 1995, Cy-Fair Music & Arts has helped over 7,000 students begin and continue on their journey in music, art and drama.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Bob Baumgartner, and assisted by Vice President Jon LePage, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with Cy-Fair Music & Arts.
