Generational Group Advises KLH in its Sale to Cyber Advisors

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client KLH, Inc. to Cyber Advisors, a portfolio company of Goldner Hawn. The transaction closed September 30, 2022.

KLH, located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with service offerings including Server and Network Maintenance, Security, Backup/Recovery, Cloud Services, 24×7 Emergency Services, and Assessment/Planning. Through its focus on providing world-class service to small businesses, KLH will be an important extension of Cyber Advisors’ reach in serving small-to-medium-sized (SMBs) company IT and cyber security needs throughout the upper Midwest.

Founded in 1997 and based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, Cyber Advisors offers comprehensive IT solutions for organizations across the Midwest. The Company is a one-stop shop for managing a client’s IT systems and spend and can provide partial or fully outsourced solutions.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region,  Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Prasad Karcherla, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Madison Buckley, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director  Joe Van Voorhis established the original relationship with KLH.
