Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Chris Gain, and assisted by Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Andre Farahmandi, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with Advanced Business Systems.
