Generational Group Announced as a Finalist for Multiple 2015 International M&A Awards

The Finalists have been selected from the nominees in the first stage of evaluation, and the independent panel of judges will now focus their attention on the challenging task of selecting the ultimate award winners that will be announced at the Awards Gala on Tuesday, April 28th at the New York Athletic Club.

• Corporate /Strategic Acquisition of the Year, $10mm-50mm – Advanced Testing, Cexchange               
• Industrial Goods and Basic Resources Deal of the Year – WB Johnston
• Retail Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year – WB Johnston
• Technology/Media/Telecomm Deal of the Year, $10-50M – Cexchange
• Energy Deal of the Year – WB Johnston

In addition, Brenen Hofstadter, MBA, CM&AA and President and Supervising Principal of Generational Capital Markets has been nominated for Cross-Border M&A Deal Maker of the Year.
