Generational Group Advises A&M Ag Partners in Sale to Minority Owner

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, A&M Ag Partners Inc., to Adam Axtell, a minority owner. The acquisition closed January 25, 2019.

A&M Ag Partners is a regional agricultural retailer serving farmers and producers located within a six-county radius to its headquarters in Axtell, Nebraska. Founded in 2001, the company sells chemical, fertilizer, and custom spraying and dry spreading in addition to being a Channel Seed and Climate Fieldview dealer. A&M Ag Partners’ growth and success will continue to be driven by the company’s outstanding reputation for providing high quality products and services.

Prior to the acquisition, Adam Axtell served as VP of A&M Ag Partners. He is excited to continue in his new capacity as President and sole owner of the company.

Generational Group Senior Vice President Don Ho was the lead dealmaker that successfully closed the transaction. Mr. Ho acted as the mediator between the two partners and guided both principals with due diligence and the definitive purchase agreement.

Mr. Ho is a senior dealmaker in Executive Managing Director Michael Goss’ transaction group, which serves clients primarily in the Central US region. Senior Managing Director Ashok Tandon established the initial relationship with A&M Ag Partners.
