The acquisition closed on April 1, 2015. Reuss Pharmacies Inc. (Reuss) is a successful and well known community pharmacy and retailer of durable medical equipment. Reuss offers a variety of retail items spanning five categories comprised of Rx-prescriptions, over-the-counter & gifts, durable medical equipment, home health care products, and UPS shipping services.

Managing Director Michael Goss and his Vice President Julie Sandoval led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Reuss on the transaction.
