Hawkins of Cincinnati, OH. The transaction closed on June 30, 2011, led by Managing Directors, Douglas Smith, Jerry Yocum and Vice President, Michael Goss. Since being founded in 1974, MPI has provided organizations across the United States with clientcentric human resource management consulting services to help them succeed. MPI's consulting services have served clients in a wide variety of industries, such as health care, media, technology, and federal government contractors.
