CSI Container Services recapitalized by its Existing Management

Generational Capital Markets, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, ("GCM") an advisor to privately-held businesses for mergers & acquisitions, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of its client Container Services, Inc. ("CSI").

CSI, based in Hillsboro, Kansas, is a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging containers that primarily serves the food, automotive, chemical, and animal health industries. The company specializes in custom reheat stretch blow molded PET container and extrusion blow molded HDPE containers. CSI assists customers through the process of concept, development, design, tool procurement, and bottle production. Darrell Driggers, the President of CSI, stated, "Having been a partner in CSI with LaVerne Esau since the business was founded in 1991, it is exciting to become the sole owner at a time when the future is so bright. CSI's excellent management team and employees look forward to serving our existing and new customers with the same high quality products and services on which CSI has built its reputation." Managing Director, Tom Staszak, led the GCM deal team that advised CSI on the transaction. "After exploring market alternatives, the management team of CSI recapitalized the Company which allowed a liquidity event for certain ownership interests while maintaining the core of its local management team. We were happy to be part of the team that enabled management's decision and to see the Company continue to grow," stated Mr. Staszak.
