Mr. Dolliver is an Evaluation Associate and works in the valuation phase with clients to perform evaluation and exit planning reports.

Prior to joining Generational Equity, Mr. Dolliver served as a Development Associate for Houston based Commercial Real Estate firm. In this position, he was responsible for analyzing operational and financial performance of potential Multi-Family ground up development opportunities across the Sunbelt region.

Mr. Dolliver holds a Master of Business Administration from John Brown University.  He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Math & Education from Oklahoma State University.
