Mr. Morrow works directly with business owners starting the exit strategy of selling their businesses. He is responsible for the review, analysis and selection of companies ready to enter the exit planning process with Generational. Mr. Morrow has over 33 years of experience in start-ups, company expansion, profit enhancement, cost controls and strategic growth.

Prior to joining Generational, Mr. Morrow spent 15 years as the Global Operations Director for the Financial Times, based in London England and distributed worldwide. Mr. Morrow oversaw operations in 141 countries and led a global team. In addition, Mr. Morrow was the Founder and CEO of a company focused on raising awareness and funds for important charities and organizations. Mr. Morrow served as the COO of a recycling industry leading company where he focused on maximizing efficiencies and enhancing company value. Mr. Morrow has traveled throughout the world and spoken to businesses and audiences throughout North America, Europe and Asia on corporate efficiency, growth and valuation.

Mr. Morrow studied at Northern Arizona University earning his degree in Business Marketing.
