Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of Electromedical Products International, Inc. by Tillery Capital, LLC

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of its client, Electromedical Products International, Inc. (EPI), headquartered in Mineral Wells, Texas, by Tilley Capital, LLC, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The transaction closed on June 30, 2016.

EPI is a medical device company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Alpha-Stim, a handheld, non-invasive device used to treat anxiety, insomnia, depression, and pain.

EPI’s patented technology is sold worldwide, with product literature in 19 different languages. The company sells through independent representatives and distributors. EPI also markets its products to the US Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs.

Managing Director Michael Goss and Vice President Bryan Gooden led the Generational Equity deal team that advised EPI on the transaction.
