Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Advanced Business Systems, LLC, to Stoneridge Software. The acquisition was effective as of February 1, 2020 and details were not disclosed.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Chris Gain, and assisted by Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Andre Farahmandi, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with Advanced Business Systems.
