This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop analytical skills, build professional networks, and gain valuable insights into the consulting and M&A industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Critically analyzing company P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and sales reports to provide recommendations to analysts and consultants.
  • Conducting market research specific to client industries.
  • Performing competitor analysis for both industry and company-specific competition.
  • Creating presentation decks for Strategic Growth Plan workshops and assisting consultants in presenting their analysis.
  • Reviewing and auditing client profiles.
  • Trialing client communication processes.
  • Assisting with data entry and critical analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with business owners, consultants, and analysts.
  • Strong organizational skills: Maintaining a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to critically review data and provide valuable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analyzing financial statements.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and better client service.
  • Coachability and openness to constructive feedback.

Education and Experience Required

  • Working on bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
