As a Generational Consulting Group Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Sending out, analyzing, and interpreting executive leadership assessments and company surveys.
  • Analyzing company P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and sales reports while providing recommendations to the consultant.
  • Completing market research of client specific industries.
  • Performing competitor analysis of industry and company specific competition.
  • Creating the presentation used in each Strategic Growth Plan workshop.
  • Being able to maintain a high level of organization while managing 8-15 clients at once.
  • Occasionally traveling to help consultant in facilitating Strategic Growth Plan workshop.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance/Business
  • Strong communication skills: Analyst must be able to speak with business owners and consultants clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills: Analyst must be able to maintain a high level of organization while proactively managing 8-15 clients at once.
  • Strong analytical skills: Analyst will be expected to critically review data and provide insight to the consultant.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Proficiency analyzing financial statements and interpreting data sets.
  • Looks for opportunities to improve internal processes and ways to better serve clients.
  • Analyst is expected to be coachable and open to constructive feedback.
