We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Lampert's Home Therapy, Inc., to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed June 22, 2026.

Located in Largo, Florida, Lampert’s Home Therapy, Inc. is a therapist-owned provider of pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy services serving children and adults with developmental disabilities throughout West Central Florida. Founded in 2000, the company delivers personalized care in clinic, home, school, and community settings, helping individuals improve mobility, communication, independence, and overall quality of life. With a multidisciplinary team approach and specialized treatment programs, including the TheraSuit Method, Lampert’s Therapy Group is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality therapy while partnering closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to help every client reach their full potential.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Eastern Region – David Fergusson, and his team led by Generational Affiliates, Anthony Blair and Nick Arnheim with the support of Senior Vice President, M&A, Emil Nirkis facilitated the successful completion of the transaction. Executive Managing Director, Ed Weber and Senior M&A Advisor and Group Leader, Peter Stone established the initial relationship with Lampert’s Home Therapy, Inc.
